目的：探讨痔疮患者的临床特征和相关危险因素，为预防痔疮发生提供依据。方法对1500例痔疮患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，阐明痔疮发生有关的危险性因素及基本临床特征。结果不同年龄段发生痔疮的性别比例比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；饮酒遗传、便秘、辛辣饮食、长时间坐姿均为痔疮发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论痔疮发病与人们年龄、性别、饮酒、辛辣饮食、便秘、长时间坐姿及遗传等方面有着重要关系，通过控制痔疮相关危险因素，可降低痔疮的发病率。
목적：탐토치창환자적림상특정화상관위험인소，위예방치창발생제공의거。방법대1500례치창환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，천명치창발생유관적위험성인소급기본림상특정。결과불동년령단발생치창적성별비례비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；음주유전、편비、신랄음식、장시간좌자균위치창발생적위험인소(P<0.05)。결론치창발병여인문년령、성별、음주、신랄음식、편비、장시간좌자급유전등방면유착중요관계，통과공제치창상관위험인소，가강저치창적발병솔。
Objective To investigate related risk factors and clinical characteristics of hemorrhoids patients, in order to provide reference for prevention of hemorrhoids.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 1500 hemorrhoids patients. Illustration was made on the related risk factors and basic clinical characteristics of hemorrhoids.Results The differences of gender proportion in different age stages with hemorrhoids had statistical significance (P<0.05). Risk factors of hemorrhoids included drinking, heredity, constipation, spicy food, and long time sitting (P<0.05).Conclusion Incidence of hemorrhoids is closely correlated with age, gender, drinking, spicy food, constipation, long time sitting, and heredity. Morbidity of hemorrhoids can be reduced by related risk factors control.
