目的：探讨泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并出血的临床疗效。方法60例消化性溃疡合并出血患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组给予泮托拉唑治疗，对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗，比较两组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.3%，对照组总有效率为90.0%；两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率6.7%低于对照组的30.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并出血疗效显著，不良反应较少，值得借鉴。
목적：탐토반탁랍서치료소화성궤양합병출혈적림상료효。방법60례소화성궤양합병출혈환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각30례。관찰조급여반탁랍서치료，대조조급여오미랍서치료，비교량조치료효과급불량반응정황。결과관찰조총유효솔위93.3%，대조조총유효솔위90.0%；량조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。관찰조불량반응발생솔6.7%저우대조조적30.0%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론반탁랍서치료소화성궤양합병출혈료효현저，불량반응교소，치득차감。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage. Methods A total of 60 peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group received 30 cases. The observation group received pantoprazole for treatment, and the control group received omeprazole. Curative effects and adverse reactions were compared in the two groups. Results The observation group had total effective rate as 93.3%, and that of the control group was 90.0%. Their difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05). The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 6.7% than 30.0% of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Pantoprazole provides precise effect with few adverse reactions in treating peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage, and it is worthy of referring.
