目的:分析红外热像图在前列腺炎诊断中的应用价值,为临床诊断提供参考。方法108例前列腺炎患者为实验组,分别采用红外热像检查、前列腺液常规检查和前列腺 B 超检查,另选取21例男性职工作为对照组,采取红外热像图诊断,分析几种检查方法的敏感度和准确性。结果实验组患者的阳性率(86.1%)明显高于对照组(19.0%)(P<0.05),红外热像检查结果与临床表现基本一致;实验组患者在红外热像诊断中93例为阳性,采用前列腺液常规检查81例患者为阳性, B 超检查82例患者为阳性,红外热像检查与临床表现符合率(86.1%)明显高于前列腺液常规检查与临床表现符合率(75.0%)和前列腺 B超检查与临床表现符合率(75.9%)(P<0.05),红外热像检查能够比前列腺液常规检查和前列腺B 超检查更加具有敏感性。结论红外热像图在诊断前列腺炎中有非常高的准确率,安全性高,在临床诊断中值得推广使用。

목적:분석홍외열상도재전렬선염진단중적응용개치,위림상진단제공삼고。방법108례전렬선염환자위실험조,분별채용홍외열상검사、전렬선액상규검사화전렬선 B 초검사,령선취21례남성직공작위대조조,채취홍외열상도진단,분석궤충검사방법적민감도화준학성。결과실험조환자적양성솔(86.1%)명현고우대조조(19.0%)(P<0.05),홍외열상검사결과여림상표현기본일치;실험조환자재홍외열상진단중93례위양성,채용전렬선액상규검사81례환자위양성, B 초검사82례환자위양성,홍외열상검사여림상표현부합솔(86.1%)명현고우전렬선액상규검사여림상표현부합솔(75.0%)화전렬선 B초검사여림상표현부합솔(75.9%)(P<0.05),홍외열상검사능구비전렬선액상규검사화전렬선B 초검사경가구유민감성。결론홍외열상도재진단전렬선염중유비상고적준학솔,안전성고,재림상진단중치득추엄사용。
Objective To analyze the application value of infrared thermogram in diagnosis of prostatitis, in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods There were 108 prostatitis patients as experimental group, and they received infrared thermogram, prostatic fluid routine examination and prostate B ultrasonic examination respectively. Another 21 male staff were selected as control group, and they received infrared thermogram. Sensitivity and accuracy of these examination methods were analyzed. Results The experimental group had much higher positive rate (86.1%) than the control group (19.0%)(P<0.05). Infrared thermogram had the same results as clinical manifestation. In the experimental group, there were 93 positive cases in infrared thermogram, 81 positive cases in prostatic fluid routine examination, and 82 positive cases in prostate B ultrasonic examination. Coincidence rate of infrared thermogram and clinical manifestation (86.1%) was much higher than that of prostatic fluid routine examination (75.0%) and prostate B ultrasonic examination (75.9%)(P<0.05). Infrared thermogram had higher sensitivity than prostatic fluid routine examination and prostate B ultrasonic examination. Conclusion Infrared thermogram contains high accuracy and safety in diagnosis of prostatitis, and it is worthy of promoting and applying in clinical diagnosis.
