目的：探讨B超引导下穿刺治疗乳腺脓肿的临床价值。方法41例乳腺脓肿的患者,于门诊行B超引导下行穿刺引流术,记录穿刺次数、脓肿愈合的时间、并发症的发生情况、复发情况、细菌培养结果等。结果41例乳腺脓肿[41例患者,单侧39例,双侧2例(共43只乳房),多发脓腔4侧],共穿刺106人次,平均穿刺2.6次,平均2周内痊愈,3例患者发生奶漏,其中2例转切开排脓(2个月愈合),1例坚持喂奶(3个月后愈合)。细菌培养以金黄色葡萄球菌为主。结论在超声引导下行乳腺脓肿的穿刺排脓治疗,具有创伤小、恢复快、美容效果好及安全可靠的特点。
목적：탐토B초인도하천자치료유선농종적림상개치。방법41례유선농종적환자,우문진행B초인도하행천자인류술,기록천자차수、농종유합적시간、병발증적발생정황、복발정황、세균배양결과등。결과41례유선농종[41례환자,단측39례,쌍측2례(공43지유방),다발농강4측],공천자106인차,평균천자2.6차,평균2주내전유,3례환자발생내루,기중2례전절개배농(2개월유합),1례견지위내(3개월후유합)。세균배양이금황색포도구균위주。결론재초성인도하행유선농종적천자배농치료,구유창상소、회복쾌、미용효과호급안전가고적특점。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of B ultrasound-guided paracentesis in the treatment of breast abscess.Methods There were 41 patients with breast abscess receiving B ultrasound-guided paracentesis as outpatients. Records were made on puncture times, abscess heal time, complications status, recurrence condition, and bacterial culture results, etc.Results Among the 41 breast abscess patients [41 cases, 39 unilateral cases, 2 bilateral cases (43 breasts), 4 multiple vomica sides], there were totally 106 puncture times, with the average puncture time as 2.6 times per people. Patients healed within an average time as 2 weeks, and there were 3 cases with milk leakage, 2 cases with alternative incision and apocenosis (healed after 2 months), and 1 case with continuous breast feeding (healed after 3 months). Bacterial culture mainly included staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion B ultrasound-guided paracentesis for breast abscess apocenosis contains advantages of small invasion, quick recovery, good cosmetic effect, good safety and reliability.
