目的：分析本院剖宫产围手术期应用抗菌药物的情况，评价用药的合理性，为进一步提高临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽取100例剖宫产手术患者，对应用抗菌药物的合理性进行分析和评价。结果本院剖宫产手术抗菌药物的使用率为100%，抗菌药物中使用频率最高为第二代头孢菌素头孢呋辛钠，其次为克林霉素磷酸酯；抗菌药物平均使用时间2~3 d；单一用药92例，二联用药7例，三联用药1例；用药时机合理，但存在给药方法不合理的问题。结论本院剖宫产围手术期使用抗菌药物还存在不合理的地方，还需进一步改进。
목적：분석본원부궁산위수술기응용항균약물적정황，평개용약적합이성，위진일보제고림상합리용약제공삼고。방법수궤추취100례부궁산수술환자，대응용항균약물적합이성진행분석화평개。결과본원부궁산수술항균약물적사용솔위100%，항균약물중사용빈솔최고위제이대두포균소두포부신납，기차위극림매소린산지；항균약물평균사용시간2~3 d；단일용약92례，이련용약7례，삼련용약1례；용약시궤합리，단존재급약방법불합리적문제。결론본원부궁산위수술기사용항균약물환존재불합리적지방，환수진일보개진。
Objective To analyze application status of antibacterial agents in perioperative period of cesarean section in our hospital, and to evaluate rationality of drug use, in order to provide further reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods There were 100 cesarean section patients by random selection, and their rationality of antibacterial agents use were analyzed and evaluated.Results The usage rate of antibacterial agents in cesarean section in our hospital was 100%. The second generation cephalosporins cefuroxime sodium had the highest frequency as antibacterial agent, followed by clindamycin phosphate. The average use time of antibacterial agents was 2~3 d. There were 92 cases with single drug, 7 cases with combined two drugs, and 1 case with combined three drugs. Timing of drug use was rational, while administration methods were irrational. Conclusion There are still irrational aspects in cesarean section in our hospital, and further improvement is necessary.
