目的：观察疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法130例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组65例。对照组采用脑梗死常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用疏血通注射液治疗，总计14 d ；观察两组间的疗效差别。结果治疗组总有效率为92.3%，对照组总有效率为72.3%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床效果明显，可广泛应用于临床。

목적：관찰소혈통주사액치료급성뇌경사적림상효과。방법130례급성뇌경사환자수궤분위대조조화치료조，매조65례。대조조채용뇌경사상규치료，치료조재상규치료기출상가용소혈통주사액치료，총계14 d ；관찰량조간적료효차별。결과치료조총유효솔위92.3%，대조조총유효솔위72.3%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론소혈통주사액치료급성뇌경사림상효과명현，가엄범응용우림상。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 130 acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 65 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment for cerebral infarction, and the treatment group received additional treatment by Shuxuetong injection. Their treatment lasted for 14 d. Difference between curative effects of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.3%, and that of the controlgroup was 72.3%. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Shuxuetong injection provides precisely clinical effect in treating acute cerebral infarction, and it can be widely applied in clinic.
