家用智能电话报警系统采用飞思卡尔MC9S12DG128单片机作为控制中心，其检测元件为烟雾传感器和激光传感器，以固定电话作为家用智能电话报警系统的载体，能够在不影响固定电话正常功能的条件下使用，若有非法人员闯入居民家中，激光传感器将收集此信息，固定电话将自动向外拨打主人预存的电话号码，以此来通知主人，若主人应答，该系统将通过电话线路提醒主人，家中有人非法闯入，通过回铃音检测。当第一个固定电话发生故障时，该系统还预留有第二个号码备用，用户还可以选择拉响室内预先安装的报警喇叭，驱走非法闯入者。若家中易燃易爆气体泄漏，烟雾传感器将收集此信息，用与激光传感器相似的方式告知主人，从而保证家庭安全。
