目的：探讨精神科用药的不良反应及护理。方法对30例临床药物治疗患者出现药物不良反应的临床护理方法。结果护理人员应充分了解所服药物的特点，对各种可能出现的药物不良反应及处理方法做到心中有数。结论精神障碍治疗过程的护理十分重要，它不仅体现在护士正确及时地执行治疗方案，而且通过护士对患者治疗效果和不良反应的观察，为患者提供切实有效的帮助，从而确保治疗的顺利进行，使患者早日康复。
목적：탐토정신과용약적불량반응급호리。방법대30례림상약물치료환자출현약물불량반응적림상호리방법。결과호리인원응충분료해소복약물적특점，대각충가능출현적약물불량반응급처리방법주도심중유수。결론정신장애치료과정적호리십분중요，타불부체현재호사정학급시지집행치료방안，이차통과호사대환자치료효과화불량반응적관찰，위환자제공절실유효적방조，종이학보치료적순리진행，사환자조일강복。
Objective To explore psychotropic medication adverse reactions and care. Methods The clinical nursing of 30 cases with drug clinical of adverse drug reactions. Results Nurses should fully understand the characteristics of the drug suits, aware of adverse drug reactions and treatment methods. Conclusion The treatment of mental disorders care is very important to the process , it is not only relfected in the correct and timely implementation of nurse treatment programs , but also through the observation of nurses and adverse patient outcomes , provide patients with effective help to ensure the smooth progress of the treatment, so that the patient a speedy recovery.
