目的:交通事故、高处坠落后导致骨盆骨折已经成为我国年轻患者意外死亡的主要原因之一,为减少患者死亡率,改善目前的救治方案,对我院骨科就医就诊的骨盆骨折患者流行病学特征和死亡率显著相关因素进行分析。方法回顾性分析2010-04-01~2013-12-31在我院就诊的骨盆骨折外伤患者的相关资料,采用Student's t检验、卡方检验分析与死亡相关的因素。结果本研究共入组716例,64%患者为男性,71%患者年龄20~49岁。交通事故和高处坠落是导致受伤的主要原因,致死率为37%。骨盆骨折严重程度、休克、昏迷、合并头胸受损与患者死亡率增加有关,而性别、其他合并伤同死亡率增加无关。结论骨盆骨折患者死亡率主要与骨裂程度、昏迷、休克、头胸受损密切相关,对这类患者的治疗必须提高警惕及早处理。

Objective The pelvic fracture caused by accident, high-altitude has become one of the main death reasons for our young patients.In order to reduce the mortality of patients, improve the treatment program at present, we analyzed the epidemiological characteristics of patients with fracture in the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital.Methods The trauma patients data about pelvic fracture from April 2010 to December 2013 were reviewed in in our hospital by Student's t test, chi square test.Results A total of 716 people were enrolled, 64% of the patients were male, 71% patients between the ages of 20~49 years old.Traffic accident and falling were the main cause of injury, and the death rate was 37%.Pelvic fracture severity, shock, coma and head chest injury were associated with increased mortality.Conclusion The mortality of pelvic fracture patient is closely related with the degree of impaired fracture, coma, shock, head and chest injury.It is necessary to improve the treatment of these patients.
