目的：对舒血宁与地塞米松联合治疗前庭神经炎的临床效果进行观察研究。方法选取2014年3月～2014年12月期间我院收治的48例前庭神经炎患者，随机分成两组分别使用常规治疗和加用舒血宁与地塞米松联合治疗，对两种治疗方法的临床效果进行对比。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，复发率以及不良反应发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论采用舒血宁与地塞米松联合治疗前庭神经炎具有良好的临床效果，能够缓解患者的眩晕、眼震等临床症状，减少了复发和不良反应情况。
목적：대서혈저여지새미송연합치료전정신경염적림상효과진행관찰연구。방법선취2014년3월～2014년12월기간아원수치적48례전정신경염환자，수궤분성량조분별사용상규치료화가용서혈저여지새미송연합치료，대량충치료방법적림상효과진행대비。결과치료조환자적치료총유효솔고우대조조，복발솔이급불량반응발생솔저우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론채용서혈저여지새미송연합치료전정신경염구유량호적림상효과，능구완해환자적현훈、안진등림상증상，감소료복발화불량반응정황。
Objective Observation Clinical effect on Shuxuening Combined With Dexamethasone in Treatment of Vestibular Neuritis. Methods Selected 48 patients with vestibular neuritis from March 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital, divided into two groups randomly, which are given conventional treatment and shuxuening combined with dexamethasone medication treatment respectively and compared clinical effected with two group. Results Study group treatment effect rate is much higher than the control group, illness reoccurrence rate and side-effect incidence rate was much lower than the control group, P<0.05, had different statistical significance. Conclusion Shuxuening combined with dexamethasone treatment of vestibular neuritis has good efficacy, it is conducive to alleviating patients’ clinical symptoms of dizziness and nystagmus and reducing illness reoccurrence rate and side-effect incidence rate.
