目的：为了进一步探究肋骨骨折合并血气胸的普外治疗对策。方法整群选取2010年1月-2014年6月在该院接受肋骨骨折合并血气胸的患者76例，将其随机分成两组，观察组与对照组，每组共有38例，为观察组中的病患提供普外肋骨复位固定联合闭式胸腔引流术进行治疗，为对照组中的病患提供常规治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组所有患者的治疗总有效率为97.22%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为83.33%，观察组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普外治疗肋骨骨折合并血气胸的关键在于骨质复位和胸腔引流，治疗中要根据患者不同的骨折位置以及血气胸种类制定有针对性的治疗对策，这样才能使普外治疗发挥出最大的临床治疗优势。

Objective To further explore the rib fracture operation treatment strategies combining pneumohemothorax in the. Methods Selection in January 2010-June 2014 in our hospital in patients undergoing fractured ribs combined hem pneumothorax, 76 people, it is divided into two groups at random, the observation group and control group, A total of 38 people in each group, the patients in observation group provides general frame joint reduction and fixation for treatment of closed thoracic drainage, provide regular treatment for patients in control group, observe the treatment of two groups of patients. Results The treatment of patients in observation group total effective rate was 100%, the treatment of patients in the control group total effective rate was 89.7%, the observation group is higher than the control group, P<0.05%, statistically significance. Conclusion The key of pneumohemothorax in surgical treatment of rib fracture is bone reduction and thoracic drainage, treatment according to the targeted treatment of development of different position and hemopneumothorax fracture type, so as to make the surgery to play out the biggest clinical advantages.
