目的：研究分析使用针灸治疗脑出血术后患者的临床效果。方法对我院接收的38例脑出血微创术后患者进行研究分析，将这些患者分组为研究组和对照组两组，各19例。对照组患者使用稳定血压、降低颅内压和西药治疗，研究组患者在对照组的基础上，增加中医针灸治疗，对两组患者的神经功能恢复情况以及自理能力等进行对比分析。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率是45%，对照组是15%，两组患者的神经功能损伤评分和ADL积分在治疗前无差异性，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意。治疗后，ADL积分比对照组高，神经功能缺损评分比对照组低，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意。结论中医针灸治疗脑出血术后患者具有比较好的效果，患者神经功能恢复快速，自理能力较强，生活质量改善明显。

Objective To study the clinical effect of patients with acupuncture for treatment of cerebral hemorrhage after operation. Methods Research and analysis 38 cases of minimally invasive surgery in patients after cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital, divided these patients into study group and control group, each group were 19 cases. the control group using the stable blood pressure, reduce the intracranial pressure and Western medicine treatment, study group based on control group and increased the acupuncture treatment, analyzed the recovery of the two groups of patients with neurological function and self-care ability. Results The study group effective rate was 45%, the control group was 15%, the nerve function damage score and ADL score of two groups were no difference before treatment, P>0.05,had no difference statistically significance. after treatment, the ADL integral was higher than the control group, the neurological deficit scores lower than the control group, P<0.05,had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients after operation has a good effect, the patient nerve function recovery fast, self-care ability, improve the life quality signiifcantly.
