目的：对瑞芬太尼全麻和全麻联合硬膜外麻醉在剖胸手术中的应用效果对比。方法整群选取该院在2014年1月-2015年1月实施剖胸手术治疗的78例患者，并将其分成两组，其中对照组患者实施全麻联合硬膜外麻醉，观察组患者实施瑞芬太尼全麻，对比分析两组患者临床效果。结果和对照组相比，观察组患者的临床指标异常发生率显著偏低，两组患者差异显著(P<0.05)；和对照组相比，观察组患者在停药后的自主呼吸恢复时间明显偏短，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖胸手术患者中，应用瑞芬太尼全麻临床麻醉效果要明显有优于全麻联合硬膜外麻醉。
목적：대서분태니전마화전마연합경막외마취재부흉수술중적응용효과대비。방법정군선취해원재2014년1월-2015년1월실시부흉수술치료적78례환자，병장기분성량조，기중대조조환자실시전마연합경막외마취，관찰조환자실시서분태니전마，대비분석량조환자림상효과。결과화대조조상비，관찰조환자적림상지표이상발생솔현저편저，량조환자차이현저(P<0.05)；화대조조상비，관찰조환자재정약후적자주호흡회복시간명현편단，량조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론재부흉수술환자중，응용서분태니전마림상마취효과요명현유우우전마연합경막외마취。
Objective Comparison of application effect of anesthesia in thoracic operation in general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia with remifentanil. Methods The clinical selection of our hospital treatment of 78 cases of thoracic operation patients in 2014 January -2015 year in January, and divided into two groups, one control implementation of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group of patients, to observe the implementation of remifentanil group patients, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical effect. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group of patients with clinical indicators of abnormal rate was lower, the differences between the two groups were significant (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the observation group of patients with spontaneous breathing after discontinuation of the recovery time much shorter, between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with thoracic surgery, the application of remifentanil anesthesia effect is obviously superior to clinical anesthesia and general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia.
