目的：探讨VSD负压封闭引流技术在骨科临床中的应用效果。方法整群选取该院2012年2月-2014年2月骨科收治的68例患者，并将其分为两组。对照组采用普通的创面清理方法，实验组采用VSD负压封闭引流技术。对比观察两组患者Ⅱ期手术用时、住院时间、换药次数、创面面积。结果实验组在Ⅱ期手术用时、住院时间、换药次数上均少于对照组，治疗后患者创面面积也明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 VSD负压封闭引流技术应用于骨科创面治疗中能有效提高治疗效果，减轻患者痛苦。
목적：탐토VSD부압봉폐인류기술재골과림상중적응용효과。방법정군선취해원2012년2월-2014년2월골과수치적68례환자，병장기분위량조。대조조채용보통적창면청리방법，실험조채용VSD부압봉폐인류기술。대비관찰량조환자Ⅱ기수술용시、주원시간、환약차수、창면면적。결과실험조재Ⅱ기수술용시、주원시간、환약차수상균소우대조조，치료후환자창면면적야명현소우대조조(P<0.05)。결론 VSD부압봉폐인류기술응용우골과창면치료중능유효제고치료효과，감경환자통고。
Objective To observe and discuss the significance of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) technology applying to department of orthopaedics. Methods 68 cases were chosen from patients with wound surface who hospitalized in our hospital's department of orthopaedics between February.2012 and February.2014 as our subjects and they were separated into 2 groups randomly. The con-trol group were given conventional wound cleaning method, while the experimental group were given vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) technology to clean the wound. Time of II period operation, length of hospital stay, frequency of change dressings and the area of the wound of the 2 groups would be taken into comparison. Results The experimental group had better effect no matter on time ofII period operation, length of hospital stay, frequency of change dressings or the area of the wound than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Applying vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) technology to clean the wound in department of orthopaedics would raise the operation effect and lower the burden on patients.
