在静水条件下，研究了温度、盐度、pH对青岛菊海鞘（Botryllus tsingtaoensis）耗氧率的影响及其变化规律。结果表明：（1）在13～19℃之间，青岛菊海鞘的单位湿重耗氧率随着温度的升高而增大，高于19℃时其耗氧率急剧降低（P＜0．01）；（2）盐度与青岛菊海鞘耗氧率的关系呈“倒钟”型曲线，在不同温度下盐度在20‰～30‰之间，变化的趋势基本相同，随着盐度的升高，青岛菊海鞘的耗氧率明显增大，在30‰时达到最大值；（3）在pH为8时，青岛菊海鞘表现出较高的耗氧率，而pH低于6和高于8时则明显下降（P＜0．01）。
재정수조건하，연구료온도、염도、pH대청도국해초（Botryllus tsingtaoensis）모양솔적영향급기변화규률。결과표명：（1）재13～19℃지간，청도국해초적단위습중모양솔수착온도적승고이증대，고우19℃시기모양솔급극강저（P＜0．01）；（2）염도여청도국해초모양솔적관계정“도종”형곡선，재불동온도하염도재20‰～30‰지간，변화적추세기본상동，수착염도적승고，청도국해초적모양솔명현증대，재30‰시체도최대치；（3）재pH위8시，청도국해초표현출교고적모양솔，이pH저우6화고우8시칙명현하강（P＜0．01）。
Effects of temperature(13 ,16 ,19 ,22 ,and 25 ℃) ,salinity(20 ,25 ,30 ,35 ,and 40) ,pH values (5 ,6 ,7 ,8 ,9 ,and 10) ,were studied in ascidian botryllus tsingtaoensis .The results showed that the oxygen consumption was found to be increased with rising temperature within l 3~19 ℃ and to be decreased in 19~25 ℃(P<0 .01) .The oxygen consumption was increased with increasing salini‐ty in 20~30 ,and decreased at a salinity of over 30(P<0 .01) .The oxygen consumption was shown to be increased with pH value from 6 to 8 ,and to be decreased beyond the range(pH<6 and pH>8)(P<0 .01 ) .
