以大理学院12926名在校学生为调查对象,从身体形态、身体机能和身体素质3个方面研究该校学生体质健康现状及存在的问题,分析大理学院不同校区间学生的体质健康状况,为制定大学生体质健康的干预措施提供理论依据。本研究采用独立样本t检验、方差分析和LSD检验等方法分析数据。结果显示该校4个年级学生的身体形态指标均数都在正常范围内;各年级学生的肺活量指标低于全国大学生平均水平;男、女生的身体素质指标有较大差别,不同校区间学生的身体素质差别也较大。大理学院学生体质健康状况不容乐观,身体机能和身体素质有待提高,学校、家庭和社会均应加大对体质健康的关注,并采取切实可行的措施。

This paper took 12 926 undergraduates of Dali University as research samples, studied the exiting problems of undergraduates' physical health condition including students' body shape, body function and physical quality, analyzed the physical health condition of undergraduates in different campuses of Dali University, and provided the theoretical evidences for drafting the intervention measures of undergraduates' physical health. This study was carried out using independent sample t test, analysis of variance and LSD test. Results indicated that the mean physique index of undergraduates of four grades in Dali University was within the normal range;the vital capacity index of four grades were lower than that of national college students;the physical quality index of the male and female had great differences;students' physical quality was also different between different campuses. The physical health condition of undergraduates in Dali University is not optimistic. School, family and society should pay more attention to physical health and should take feasible measures to improve the body function and physical quality of undergraduates.
