目的：了解广西肺结核患者的治疗满意度及其影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法，对广西现行4种结核病防治模式地区的102名完成治疗的肺结核患者进行问卷调查。结果患者治疗总体满意度为92.2％；对结核病门诊环境、医护人员服务态度、就诊流程、医师医疗技术水平、结核病相关知识宣教和治疗总费用的满意度分别为81.4％、94.1％、78.4％、78.4％、92.2％和41.2％。Logistic 回归分析显示，与患者总体满意度有关的因素为结核病门诊环境满意度（OR ＝20.539，P ＝0.029）、医师医疗技术水平满意度（OR ＝48.553， P ＝0.010）和结核病相关知识宣教满意度（OR ＝34.647，P ＝0.015）。结论患者对结核病防治服务质量总体满意度较高，对治疗总费用满意度最低。在结核病防治工作中，应注重提升医务人员的工作技能、强化宣传教育、改善结核病门诊环境和为患者提供人文关怀。

목적：료해엄서폐결핵환자적치료만의도급기영향인소。방법채용분층수궤추양적방법，대엄서현행4충결핵병방치모식지구적102명완성치료적폐결핵환자진행문권조사。결과환자치료총체만의도위92.2％；대결핵병문진배경、의호인원복무태도、취진류정、의사의료기술수평、결핵병상관지식선교화치료총비용적만의도분별위81.4％、94.1％、78.4％、78.4％、92.2％화41.2％。Logistic 회귀분석현시，여환자총체만의도유관적인소위결핵병문진배경만의도（OR ＝20.539，P ＝0.029）、의사의료기술수평만의도（OR ＝48.553， P ＝0.010）화결핵병상관지식선교만의도（OR ＝34.647，P ＝0.015）。결론환자대결핵병방치복무질량총체만의도교고，대치료총비용만의도최저。재결핵병방치공작중，응주중제승의무인원적공작기능、강화선전교육、개선결핵병문진배경화위환자제공인문관부。
Objective To study treatment satisfaction and its influencing factors among tuberculosis patient in Guangxi.Methods Using stratified random sampling method,102 tuberculosis patients who had completed treatment were selected from four different kinds of tuberculosis control mode in Guangxi.Results The overall patient satisfaction was 92.2%.The patient satisfactions on environment of tuberculosis clinic,service attitudes of health care workers,treatment process,medical technology level of physicians,knowledge education of tuberculosis and the total cost of treatment were 81.4%,94.1%,78.4%,78.4%,92.2% and 41.2%,respectively.The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the patient satisfactions on environment of tuberculosis clinic (OR =20.539,P =0.029),medical technology level of physicians (OR =48.553,P =0.010)and knowledge education of tuberculosis (OR =34.647,P =0.015)were related to the overall patient satisfactions.Conclusion There was a high patient satisfaction on the quality of current tuberculosis prevention and control work in Guangxi,but the patient satisfaction on the cost of treatment was the lowest.It was important to pay more attention to improve medical technology level of physicians,strengthen health education,improve environment of tuberculosis clinic and provide humanistic care to patients.
