我国采用硬岩掘进机施工的项目,有一个突出的特点是TBM法和钻爆法充分结合,因而开始掘进前、中间转场或贯通后TBM都需要步进,甚至是长距离步进,TBM步进速度对工期影响较为明显。本文系统地总结了现有的TBM步进技术,重点论述目前效率最高、迅速得以推广应用的滑板式步进技术,包括结构与原理、步进流程、技术要点、应用效果、适应性改进、辅助工程需要注意的事项等。开敞式TBM采用滑板式步进技术具有设备投入少、施工设施投资少、步进速度快、适用于长短距离步进的优点。

When a tunnel is built by hard-rock TBM, there is a prominent feature that TBM and D&B ( drill and blast) are used in the same tunnel. Therefore, stepping of TBM, even long-distance stepping of TBM, has to be made before TBM driving, during site changing of TBM, or after TBM driving. TBM stepping speed will significantly affect the construction period for a project. In the paper, the existing TBM stepping techniques are systematically summarized, and the sliding-type TBM stepping technology, which has been widely applied due to its high efficiency, are presented. The technologies presented include the structure and principle of the sliding-type TBM stepping technology, the stepping process, the main technical points, the application result, the adaptability improvement, and supplementary facilities to which special attention should be paid. Sliding-type TBM stepping technology has many advantages, such as less equipment investment and facility investment, high stepping speed, and being suitable for both long-distance stepping and short-distance stepping.
