目的了解2014年第1季度～第4季度医院住院患者抗菌药物使用强度（AUD）情况，并进行合理性分析，为提高抗菌药物管理水平和指导临床合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法对2014年第1季度～第4季度住院患者抗菌药物使用强度（AUD）、用药频度（DDDS）及抗菌药物使用率等进行回顾性统计分析。结果在抗菌药物专项整治活动期间，我院通过不断加大对抗菌药物合理使用的培训、重视抗菌药物合理运用、加强医院行政干预等方案，使住院抗菌药物使用强度（AUD）由48.88 DDD下降至41.61 DDD；全年住院患者抗菌药物使用率＜60%。结论2014年我院继续开展抗菌药物专项整治工作，在抗菌药物各项管理工作中取得了一定成果，因此医院应继续重视抗菌药物合理使用、同时加大抗菌药物合理使用的培训力度及加强医院行政干预力度，以达到持续改进的目的。
목적료해2014년제1계도～제4계도의원주원환자항균약물사용강도（AUD）정황，병진행합이성분석，위제고항균약물관리수평화지도림상합리사용항균약물제공과학의거。방법대2014년제1계도～제4계도주원환자항균약물사용강도（AUD）、용약빈도（DDDS）급항균약물사용솔등진행회고성통계분석。결과재항균약물전항정치활동기간，아원통과불단가대대항균약물합리사용적배훈、중시항균약물합리운용、가강의원행정간예등방안，사주원항균약물사용강도（AUD）유48.88 DDD하강지41.61 DDD；전년주원환자항균약물사용솔＜60%。결론2014년아원계속개전항균약물전항정치공작，재항균약물각항관리공작중취득료일정성과，인차의원응계속중시항균약물합리사용、동시가대항균약물합리사용적배훈력도급가강의원행정간예력도，이체도지속개진적목적。
Objective To understand the hospital patients in the ifrst quarter of 2014 to the fourth quarter of antimicrobial drug use intensity (AUD), and to analyze the rationality, in order to improve the management level of antimicrobial agents and guidance will provide a scientiifc basis for clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods the ifrst to the fourth quarter of 2014 hospitalized patients of antimicrobial drug use intensity (AUD), frequency (DDDS) and antimicrobial usage statistics were retrospectively analyzed. Results during the period of special antimicrobial activity, our hospital by increasing the training of rational use of antimicrobial agents, attaches great importance to the reasonable use antimicrobial drugs, strengthening the hospital administrative intervention plan, make the hospital antimicrobial drug use intensity (AUD) DDD fell to 41.61 from 48.88 DDD;Annual inpatients antimicrobial drugs utilization rate<60%. Conclusion our hospital in 2014 to continue to carry out the rectiifcation of antimicrobial drugs work, in the management of antimicrobial agents work has obtained certain achievement, therefore the hospital should continue to pay attention to the rational use of antimicrobial agents, at the same time will intensify training of rational use of antimicrobial drugs and strengthen hospital administrative intervention, in order to achieve the purpose of continuous improvement.
