目的:探讨关节镜下诊断、治疗膝关节内良性肿瘤的方法和疗效。方法采用关节镜检查和治疗膝关节内良性肿瘤56例,其中滑膜血管瘤18例,软组织内软骨瘤12例,腱鞘巨细胞瘤7例,十字韧带内硬纤维瘤5例,关节囊腱鞘巨细胞瘤患者4例,十字韧带内韧带瘤10例。结果在56例行关节镜下微创手术膝关节内良性肿瘤患者中,有26例感觉满意,占总例数的46.43%,18例感觉比较满意,占总例数的32.14%,8例感觉一般,只有4例感觉不满意。随访半年之后,发现所有患者的关节疼痛消失,膝前有包块者包快消失,关节交锁也消失,关节屈伸功能出现障碍的患者功能恢复正常,股四头肌萎缩者肌肉开始恢复正常。结论行关节镜下微创技术具有保护周围正常组织、视野清晰、操作方便等优点,且近几年来技术发展成熟,无不良指征,值得临床推广使用。

목적:탐토관절경하진단、치료슬관절내량성종류적방법화료효。방법채용관절경검사화치료슬관절내량성종류56례,기중활막혈관류18례,연조직내연골류12례,건초거세포류7례,십자인대내경섬유류5례,관절낭건초거세포류환자4례,십자인대내인대류10례。결과재56례행관절경하미창수술슬관절내량성종류환자중,유26례감각만의,점총례수적46.43%,18례감각비교만의,점총례수적32.14%,8례감각일반,지유4례감각불만의。수방반년지후,발현소유환자적관절동통소실,슬전유포괴자포쾌소실,관절교쇄야소실,관절굴신공능출현장애적환자공능회복정상,고사두기위축자기육개시회복정상。결론행관절경하미창기술구유보호주위정상조직、시야청석、조작방편등우점,차근궤년래기술발전성숙,무불량지정,치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To evaluate the role of arthroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of knee joint the method and curative ef-fect of benign tumors. Methods Use and treatment of knee arthroscopy in 56 cases with benign tumor, 18 cases of synovial he-mangioma, soft tissue chondroma 12 cases, 7 cases of tendon sheath giant cell tumors, cruciate ligament desmoid tumor in 5 cases, 4 patients with giant cell tumors in articular synovial sheath, cruciate ligament ligament tumor in 10 cases. Results In the mini-mally invasive surgery under 56 underwent arthroscopic knee joint in patients with benign tumors, 26 people feel satisfied, ac-counting for 46.43%of the total, 18 people feel satisfied, accounted for 32.14%of the total, 8 people feel generally, only four peo-ple feel dissatisfied. After six months of follow-up, discovered that all patients with preoperative refractory knee pain disappeared, activity recovery good joint flexion and extension, no tumor recurrence. Conclusion Arthroscopic technique has the advantages of the surrounding normal tissue protection, clear vision, convenient operation, and in recent years the development of technology is mature, no adverse indications, is worthy of clinical use.
