目的观察替普瑞酮治疗老年慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法选择2014年6月～2015年2月我院收治的慢性浅表性胃炎老年患者90例为临床研究对象，随机分为替普瑞酮组和常规组两组，每组45例。常规组给予常规治疗，替普瑞酮组在此基础上结合替普瑞酮治疗。治疗后观察两组疗效。结果替普瑞酮组患者药物治疗总效率（总效率＝显效率＋有效率）高于常规组，症状缓解时间方面，替普瑞酮组低于常规组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在治疗老年慢性浅表性胃炎方面，常规治疗联合替普瑞酮治疗的效果较单独常规治疗更好，有利于促进临床症状消退。
목적관찰체보서동치료노년만성천표성위염적료효。방법선택2014년6월～2015년2월아원수치적만성천표성위염노년환자90례위림상연구대상，수궤분위체보서동조화상규조량조，매조45례。상규조급여상규치료，체보서동조재차기출상결합체보서동치료。치료후관찰량조료효。결과체보서동조환자약물치료총효솔（총효솔＝현효솔＋유효솔）고우상규조，증상완해시간방면，체보서동조저우상규조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론재치료노년만성천표성위염방면，상규치료연합체보서동치료적효과교단독상규치료경호，유리우촉진림상증상소퇴。
Objective Observation effect on teprenone treatment of senile chronic superficial gastritis.Methods Selected 90 cases with senile chronic superifcial gastritis from June 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital as clinical research object, divided into teprenone group and convention group randomly, each group of 45 cases. convention group was given conventional treatment, teprenone group on the basis of the combinated with teprenone treatment. Observed two groups of curative effect after treatment. Results Teprenone group total efficiency was higher than convention group (total efficiency, significant efficiency, efficient), relieve symptoms, teprenone group was lower than convention group, P<0.05,had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion In the treatment of senile chronic superifcial gastritis, conventional treatment combined teprenone treatment effect is better than conventional treatment alone, is beneifcial to promote clinical symptoms subsided.
