目的：观察三联疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法治疗组65例采用三联疗法,对照组60例采用左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,疗程均为15天,比较二组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.8%，对照组总有效率80%，P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论三联疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效显著。
목적：관찰삼련요법치료만성전렬선염적림상료효。방법치료조65례채용삼련요법,대조조60례채용좌양불사성주사액치료,료정균위15천,비교이조료효。결과치료조총유효솔96.8%，대조조총유효솔80%，P＜0.05,차이구유통계학의의。결론삼련요법치료만성전렬선염적림상료효현저。
Objective Observation the clinical effect on triple therapy to treat chronic prostatitis. Methods The treatment group 65 cases used triple therapy,the control group adopts 60 cases of levolfoxacin injection treating, and compared two groups’ curative effect, course of treatment were 15 days. Results Treatment group had total effective rate of 96. 8%, the control group total effective rate was 80%, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Triple therapy treating chronic prostatitis has obvious clinical curative effect.
