以应用技术型大学为试点单位，面对讲授知识老化、学生专业实践能力不强、上课时低头、作业COPY等现象，提出一些方法进行探讨。教师及专业影视（动漫）团队制作出当前企业主流技术的教学“课件”或“视频”，来吸引学生并预留出足够的问题，留待学生自己求知解答或创新解决。对大多数自制能力不足的学生，采用高校研发中心高性能计算系统和教学云系统，强制学生所有的学习及作业内容存贮到云终端。视频将吸引学生主动学习，且学习的是企业最新的主流技术，云终端保证学生必须学习。
