海南旅游业在经历了景点竞争、线路竞争和城市竞争后，开始步入乡村区域旅游竞争的时代。乡村旅游的发展很好地适应了都市人在快节奏、高压力及高污染生活下衍生出的对自然、田园生活的向往。本文立足于海南乡村旅游发展实际，剖析海南乡村旅游发展的现状及存在的问题，分析影响乡村旅游竞争力差异化的关键因素。提出实现海南乡村旅游的可持续发展，提升海南乡村旅游竞争力的策略。

The tourism industry of Hainan is now experiencing competition in rural regional tourism, after the whole industry competed in areas including scenic spots, tour itineraries and between different cities. The development of rural regional tourism perfectly meets urban people's increasing yearn for natural scenery and country life which they naturally come into mind when their life in cities are fast-paced, heavily-pressured and highly-polluted. This article analyzes the present situation of the development of Hainan rural tourism as well as existing problems based on the actual development of Hainan rural tourism, and finds out the key factors that play a significant role in rural tourism competitiveness differentiation. With the aim to realize sustainable development of Hainan rural tourism and adapt to the tourism competition environmental changes, after analyzed these identified influencing factors, the article proposed strategies for improvement of Hainan rural tourism competitiveness.
