对超临界CO2流体萃取金柑果皮精油的工艺进行优化,并研究其理化性质。结果表明,金柑果皮精油超临界CO2流体最佳萃取工艺条件为:萃取压力14 MPa,萃取温度31℃,萃取时间120 min, CO2流量26 L/h,在此优化条件下,金柑果皮精油得率为(5.08±0.03)%。金柑果皮精油理化性质研究表明,在20℃条件下,金柑果皮精油酸值为0.4668、酯值为4.2456、密度为0.838 g/mL、折光度为1.4707、旋光度为1.3668,精油与95%乙醇的互溶比例为1∶6.1。金柑果皮精油功能团鉴定结果表明,金柑果皮精油含有醇类、醛酮类、不饱和脂肪酸,不含酚类、羧酸衍生物。

The supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology of essential oil from Kumquat peel was optimized and its physicochemical properties were studied. The result showed the optimum conditions were as follows:extraction pressure 14MPa, extraction temperature 31℃, extraction time 120 min and CO2 flow 26L/h. Under these conditions, the yield of essential oil could be up to (5.08 ±0.03)%. According to the physicochemical properties of essential oil from Kumquat peel, the acid value was 0.4668, the ester value was 4.245 6, the density was 0.838 0 g/mL, the index of refraction was 1.470 7, the optical rotation was 1.366 8 and the ratio of mutual solubility of essential oil versus 95%alcohol was 1∶6.1 at 20℃. Moreover, the identification result of functional group showed the essential oil from Kumquat peel contained the alcohols, aldoketones and unsaturated fatty acid without the phenols and carboxylic acid derivatives.
