腹泻型肠易激综合征在中医属于"泄泻"、"腹痛"、"肠郁"的范畴，而脾气亏虚乃发病之根。作者查阅并分析针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的相关文献，发现很多临床医家惯用俞募配穴。俞募配穴体现了以脏腑为本，刚柔相济，阴阳相通的特点。笔者通过从阴阳理论、经络气街理论的角度进行探讨，为俞募穴配穴治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征提供临床依据。
腹瀉型腸易激綜閤徵在中醫屬于"洩瀉"、"腹痛"、"腸鬱"的範疇，而脾氣虧虛迺髮病之根。作者查閱併分析針灸治療腹瀉型腸易激綜閤徵的相關文獻，髮現很多臨床醫傢慣用俞募配穴。俞募配穴體現瞭以髒腑為本，剛柔相濟，陰暘相通的特點。筆者通過從陰暘理論、經絡氣街理論的角度進行探討，為俞募穴配穴治療腹瀉型腸易激綜閤徵提供臨床依據。

Diar hea-Ir itable Bowel Syndrom belongs to thecategory of "diar hea"、"bel yache"、"Intestinal flatulence".However,Spleen deficiency is the root of the disease.Consulting and analyzing the papers of Acupuncture treatment of Diar hea-Irritable Bowel Syndrome,The author finds many clinicians of traditional Chinese medicine are accustomed to treat it by shu-mu points association,which reflects the character of basing on Viscera,regulation between hardness and softness,communicating with yin and yang.And the author discussed with the theory of Yin and Yang,the concept of Meridian and the theory of Qi pathway,so as to provide the clinical theoretical basis for this method.
