以海南省定安县豇豆种植基地为试验地，在苗期遇到低温时，使用稀释1000倍的5%氨基寡糖素水剂进行叶面喷雾。结果表明：连续使用2次后，豇豆长势提高11.65%，豇豆初花期花量和初荚期豆荚量分别提高24.24%和50.00%；使用3次后，对豇豆锈病的控制效果达到45.3%。
이해남성정안현강두충식기지위시험지，재묘기우도저온시，사용희석1000배적5%안기과당소수제진행협면분무。결과표명：련속사용2차후，강두장세제고11.65%，강두초화기화량화초협기두협량분별제고24.24%화50.00%；사용3차후，대강두수병적공제효과체도45.3%。
The growing, early flowering amount of flowers and pod weight of early pod stage of cowpea were increased 11.65%, 24.24% and 50.00% after 5% amino oligosaccharins (1∶1 000) was used twice on the seedling stage at low temperature in cowpea plots of Dingan county of Hainan province. Furthermore, the resistance to cowpea rust was increased by 45.3% after using 5% amino oligosaccharins three times.
