针对软锰矿烟气脱硫浸出液中铁、铝含量较高的问题,提出了稀释溶液法与碳酸锰中和沉淀法相结合同步去除铁、铝新方法,考察了溶液稀释倍数、温度、碳酸锰加入量、H2 O2加入量等对铁、铝去除效果的影响,对沉渣进行了XRD分析。结果表明:在溶液稀释3.6倍、M nCO3加入量60 g/L、H2 O2加入量10 mL/L、反应温度90℃条件下,铁去除率为99%,铝去除率为96%;XRD分析结果表明,沉渣中的铁、铝主要以FeOO H和Al(OH)3形式存在,说明铁水解成针铁矿、铝水解成Al(OH)3而去除。
針對軟錳礦煙氣脫硫浸齣液中鐵、鋁含量較高的問題,提齣瞭稀釋溶液法與碳痠錳中和沉澱法相結閤同步去除鐵、鋁新方法,攷察瞭溶液稀釋倍數、溫度、碳痠錳加入量、H2 O2加入量等對鐵、鋁去除效果的影響,對沉渣進行瞭XRD分析。結果錶明:在溶液稀釋3.6倍、M nCO3加入量60 g/L、H2 O2加入量10 mL/L、反應溫度90℃條件下,鐵去除率為99%,鋁去除率為96%;XRD分析結果錶明,沉渣中的鐵、鋁主要以FeOO H和Al(OH)3形式存在,說明鐵水解成針鐵礦、鋁水解成Al(OH)3而去除。
침대연맹광연기탈류침출액중철、려함량교고적문제,제출료희석용액법여탄산맹중화침정법상결합동보거제철、려신방법,고찰료용액희석배수、온도、탄산맹가입량、H2 O2가입량등대철、려거제효과적영향,대침사진행료XRD분석。결과표명:재용액희석3.6배、M nCO3가입량60 g/L、H2 O2가입량10 mL/L、반응온도90℃조건하,철거제솔위99%,려거제솔위96%;XRD분석결과표명,침사중적철、려주요이FeOO H화Al(OH)3형식존재,설명철수해성침철광、려수해성Al(OH)3이거제。
A new method which combined diluting solution and neutralization was proposed for simultaneously removing iron and aluminum from leaching solution of flue gas desulfurization with pyrolusite .The influence of dilution ratio of the leaching solution ,addition of manganese carbonate , temperature and addition of hydrogen peroxide on removal of iron and aluminum were investigated and the sediments were analyzed with XRD .The results show that under the conditions of temperature of 90 ℃ ,the leaching solution dilution ratio of 3 .6 ,addition of manganese carbonate of 60 g/L ,addition of hydrogen peroxide of 10 mL/L ,the removal rate of iron can reach 99% ,and the removal rate of aluminum can reach 96% .T he XRD results show that the iron exists mainly as FeOO H and the aluminum exists as Al(OH)3 in the sediment ,which can prove that the main reactions occurred during the program are hydrolysis precipitation of Al3+ and Fe3+ .
