外门窗水密性能设计等级确定(简称水密性定级)是目前建筑工程中极易忽视的内容,水密性定级过高则成本增加且窗型较难选择,水密性定级过低则在台风袭击时易渗漏。论文以浙江沿海地区为例,对行业标准与浙江省地方标准的水密性定级计算规定进行比较,以期选取最佳计算公式,合理确定外门窗水密性能设计等级,同时为今后的规范修订提供参考。

Outside door watertight performance design level determine(hereinafter referred to as the water tightness and grading)was easy to ignore in the construction engineering content,water tightness grading high wasted materials and window type was more difficult to choose,watertightness low grading was easy leaking in the typhoon.This paper took Zhejiang coastal areas as example,compared Zhejiang province industry standards with local standards for water tightness and grading calculation to choose the best formula,to determine reasonable the outside door watertight performance design level and provide a reference for future standard revision.
