针对两矿法浸出软锰矿获得的富镁硫酸锰浸出液(锰镁质量比为2.55∶1),研究了采用蒸发结晶法分离锰、镁。通过正交试验和单因素试验,考察了温度、保温时间、搅拌速度对锰结晶行为的影响。试验结果表明:结晶温度、保温时间对硫酸锰晶体纯度影响较大,而搅拌速度对晶体纯度影响较小;低锰镁质量比溶液比高锰镁质量比溶液的结晶分离更为困难。
針對兩礦法浸齣軟錳礦穫得的富鎂硫痠錳浸齣液(錳鎂質量比為2.55∶1),研究瞭採用蒸髮結晶法分離錳、鎂。通過正交試驗和單因素試驗,攷察瞭溫度、保溫時間、攪拌速度對錳結晶行為的影響。試驗結果錶明:結晶溫度、保溫時間對硫痠錳晶體純度影響較大,而攪拌速度對晶體純度影響較小;低錳鎂質量比溶液比高錳鎂質量比溶液的結晶分離更為睏難。

To manganese sulfate leaching solution with mass ratio of manganese‐to‐magnesium of 2 .55∶1 ,the separation of manganese and magnesium by evaporation crystallization was researched .By orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments ,the effects of temperature ,holding time ,stirring rate on crystallization behavior of manganese were examined .The orthogonal experiment results show that the crystallization temperature and holding time affect the purity of manganese sulfate crystal ,but the effect of stirring speed is lower .The lower the mass ratio of manganese‐to‐magnesium ,the more difficult the crystallization separation is .
