乡村教师是乡村儿童和少年的榜样和领路人,是乡村教育的灵魂,是乡村文化建设的核心力量。民族地区乡村教师负有更重要的育人使命、文化使命与政治使命。我们要从乡村建设到制度建设、从物质刺激到精神鼓励,甚至要从党的建设、民族团结、边疆巩固、国家发展等战略高度,制订特别政策,采取坚决措施,建设民族地区乡村教师队伍。

향촌교사시향촌인동화소년적방양화령로인,시향촌교육적령혼,시향촌문화건설적핵심역량。민족지구향촌교사부유경중요적육인사명、문화사명여정치사명。아문요종향촌건설도제도건설、종물질자격도정신고려,심지요종당적건설、민족단결、변강공고、국가발전등전략고도,제정특별정책,채취견결조시,건설민족지구향촌교사대오。
Rural teachers are models and leaders of children and adolescents in villages, is the soul of rural education, the core strength of the rural culture construction. In rural minority areas teachers take more impor-tant mission of educating people, cultural mission and political mission. We must formulate special policies, to take resolute measures and construct rural teachers teams in ethnic minority areas from the rural construction to the construction of the system, from the material stimulate to the spirit encouragement, even from the con-struction of the Party, national unity, consolidation of frontier, national development strategy height.
