建筑幕墙经过近30多年的迅猛发展,因其建筑保有量众多、富集于城市核心、高空坠落危害后果严重,而日趋为城市公共安全所重视。论文调研了148个城市幕墙高空坠落的风险事件,引入风险研究技术,从非结构性因素、结构性因素、连接及构造因素三个方面入手,建立幕墙风险因素分析表。基于事故案例库,采用贝叶斯网络风险模型进行概率推理,最终得到“建筑幕墙高空坠落”风险发生概率为17.9%。最后,提出了建筑幕墙高空坠落风险防治技术,为降低城市建筑幕墙高空坠落的风险提供了技术和管理的保障。

After thirty years’rapid development,building curtain walls have become more and more important in urban public security field as their large quantities and central locations. 148 curtain walls’fall risk events have been researched in this article,and according to the risk research technology,curtain wall’s fall risk factors analysis table was set up from these three aspects,including non-structural factor, structural factor,connection and construction factor. On account of the case database,the probability of curtain wall’s fall risk occurrence was 17.9% by use of the bayesian network risk model. By the end of this article,the risk protection and control technology was put forward to decrease urban curtain wall’s fall risk from both the technology and the management aspect.
