目的了解我市住院流浪精神病患者现状，为采取有效救治措施以及康复指导和医院管理提供依据。方法对我院收治的121例流浪精神病患者，根据其临床资料采用总体印象量表、简明精神病量表、护士用住院患者观察量表评定疾病状况。结果流浪精神病患者以青年男性为主，籍贯以省内及临近省为多，以脏臭流浪、影响社会治安入院为主。结论住院流浪精神病患者的救治工作关系到本市的社会和谐稳定，患者长期滞留医院是当前最需解决的问题。

Objective To understand the city hospital stray psychiatric patients present situation, to take ef ective treatment measures and rehabilitation guidance and provide basis for hospital management. Methods 121 stray psychiatric patients of our hospital, the overal impression scale according to its clinical data, concise mental scale, nurses with inpatient observation scale assessment of disease status. Results Give priority to with young men stray psychiatric patients, native to the province and neighboring provinces for many, is given priority to with dirty smel y stray, influence social security to the hospital. Conclusion The treatment of stray psychiatric patients hospitalized work related to social harmony and stability of the city, long hospital patients is the most need to solve the problem.
