研究了采用钙化焙烧—酸浸工艺从陕西某钒矿石中浸出钒,考察了焙烧温度、添加剂种类与用量、焙烧时间、空气通量、矿石粒度、浸出条件等对钒浸出的影响。试验结果表明,在矿石粒度-100目、焙烧温度920℃、加入4% CaCO3+2% CaCl2作添加剂、空气通量50 m3/(m2· h)条件下焙烧4 h ,然后在硫酸总用量8%、液固体积质量比1.5∶1、常温条件下2段逆流浸出3h,钒浸出率达70%以上。
研究瞭採用鈣化焙燒—痠浸工藝從陝西某釩礦石中浸齣釩,攷察瞭焙燒溫度、添加劑種類與用量、焙燒時間、空氣通量、礦石粒度、浸齣條件等對釩浸齣的影響。試驗結果錶明,在礦石粒度-100目、焙燒溫度920℃、加入4% CaCO3+2% CaCl2作添加劑、空氣通量50 m3/(m2· h)條件下焙燒4 h ,然後在硫痠總用量8%、液固體積質量比1.5∶1、常溫條件下2段逆流浸齣3h,釩浸齣率達70%以上。
연구료채용개화배소—산침공예종협서모범광석중침출범,고찰료배소온도、첨가제충류여용량、배소시간、공기통량、광석립도、침출조건등대범침출적영향。시험결과표명,재광석립도-100목、배소온도920℃、가입4% CaCO3+2% CaCl2작첨가제、공기통량50 m3/(m2· h)조건하배소4 h ,연후재류산총용량8%、액고체적질량비1.5∶1、상온조건하2단역류침출3h,범침출솔체70%이상。
Recovery of vanadium by calcified roast‐acid leaching w as studied .T he effects of particle size of ore ,roasting additive ,roasting temperature ,roasting time ,air flux and leaching conditions on leaching rate of vanadium w ere examined .T he results show that vanadium leaching rate can reach 70%under the conditions of particle size of -100 mesh ,roasting temperature of 920 ℃ ,using 4% CaCO3 and 2% CaCl2 as roasting additive ,air flux of 50 m3/(m2 · h) ,roasting time of 4 h ,sulfuric acid dosage of 8% ,liquid‐to‐solid ratio of 1 .5∶1 ,two‐stage countcurrent leaching at room temperature ,leaching time of 3 h .
