研究了采用氧化焙烧—浓硫酸强化浸出工艺从钼镍矿中回收钼和镍。试验结果表明:钼镍矿氧化焙烧最佳温度为700℃,最佳焙烧时间2 h;氧化焙砂在V (浓硫酸)/m(焙砂)=2 m L/g、温度150℃条件下浸出3 h ,钼、镍浸出率分别为96.4%和85.6%。
研究瞭採用氧化焙燒—濃硫痠彊化浸齣工藝從鉬鎳礦中迴收鉬和鎳。試驗結果錶明:鉬鎳礦氧化焙燒最佳溫度為700℃,最佳焙燒時間2 h;氧化焙砂在V (濃硫痠)/m(焙砂)=2 m L/g、溫度150℃條件下浸齣3 h ,鉬、鎳浸齣率分彆為96.4%和85.6%。
연구료채용양화배소—농류산강화침출공예종목얼광중회수목화얼。시험결과표명:목얼광양화배소최가온도위700℃,최가배소시간2 h;양화배사재V (농류산)/m(배사)=2 m L/g、온도150℃조건하침출3 h ,목、얼침출솔분별위96.4%화85.6%。
Oxidation roasting‐concentrated sulfuric acid strengthening leaching process is applied to recovery molybdenum and nickel from Mo‐Ni ore .The optimum conditions of oxidation roasting are that roasting temperature of 700 ℃ ,roasting time of 2 hours .T he roated product is leached under the conditions of V (concentrated sulfuric acid)/m(calcine)=2 mL/g ,temperature of 150 ℃ ,roasting time of 3 hours .The leaching rates of molybdenum and nickel are 96 .4% and 85 .6% ,respectively .
