采用冷浸提取、超声波提取及索氏提取法进行研究金鸡菊色素的含量,从而避免了单一方法的局限性。结果表明,超声波提取方法在粗提中显示明显的优势。于此同时,金鸡菊色素具有很好的抗氧化性,并且具有剂量效应关系,在光照和空气下该色素稳定性差,应避光保存。
採用冷浸提取、超聲波提取及索氏提取法進行研究金鷄菊色素的含量,從而避免瞭單一方法的跼限性。結果錶明,超聲波提取方法在粗提中顯示明顯的優勢。于此同時,金鷄菊色素具有很好的抗氧化性,併且具有劑量效應關繫,在光照和空氣下該色素穩定性差,應避光保存。

Total flavonoids contents of Coreopsis Basal Pigment by water immersing, ultrasonic extraction and soxhelt extraction methods were determined by spectrophotometer.The results showed that ultrasonic extraction method has an advantage over other methods for its extraction.Coreopsis Basal Pigment has strong antioxidation capability and the effects show a direct relationship with the agents added amount, the Coreopsis tinctoria flowers yellow pigment was very sensitive to light and the stability of worse.
