目的:了解上海市松江区7~16岁中小学生情绪和行为问题的状况。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法纳入松江区1720名学生,对其进行长处和困难问卷(父母版)(SDQ)评定。结果情绪和行为的异常检出率分别为9.3%和9.1%,困难总分异常检出率11.9%,男、女生情绪问题异常率无显著性差异(P >0.05),而男生行为、多动/注意不能、同伴交往、亲社会行为和困难总分异常率高于女生(P <0.05)。≤11岁年龄组情绪问题、同伴交往、困难总分异常率高于>11岁年龄组(P <0.01)。结论不同性别及年龄中小学生均存在不同的情绪和行为问题,需分类干预。

목적:료해상해시송강구7~16세중소학생정서화행위문제적상황。방법채용분층정군수궤추양법납입송강구1720명학생,대기진행장처화곤난문권(부모판)(SDQ)평정。결과정서화행위적이상검출솔분별위9.3%화9.1%,곤난총분이상검출솔11.9%,남、녀생정서문제이상솔무현저성차이(P >0.05),이남생행위、다동/주의불능、동반교왕、친사회행위화곤난총분이상솔고우녀생(P <0.05)。≤11세년령조정서문제、동반교왕、곤난총분이상솔고우>11세년령조(P <0.01)。결론불동성별급년령중소학생균존재불동적정서화행위문제,수분류간예。
Objective To investigate the status of emotional problems and behavioral problems in students aged 7 to 16 years old in Songjiang district of Shanghai.Methods 1720 students aged 7 to 16 years old in Songjiang district were recruited by using stratified cluster random sampling and were assessed with the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire-parent version (SDQ).Results Total incidence rate of problems was 11.9%,rate of emotional problems and behavioral problems was 9.3%and 9.1% respectively.There was no significant difference in rate of emotional problems between boys and girls (P >0.05). Boys showed significantly higher incidence rate than girls in behavior,hyperactivity/attention deficit,peer interaction,prosocial behavior and total score of difficulty (P <0.05).Students aged 11 yeas old and below showed significantly higher incidence rate than students aged above 11 years old in emotional problem,peer interaction and total score of difficulty (P <0.01 ). Conclusion Students with different gender or different age stage have different emotional or behavioral problems.Intervention measures should be conducted pertinently.
