目的：了解枣庄市高中生的亚健康状况及其影响因素。方法选取枣庄市共1283名高中学生纳入研究，采用自编一般情况调查问卷、青少年亚健康多维评定问卷（MSQA）、家庭环境量表中文版（FES-CV）、中学生生活事件多维评定问卷（MLERQ）进行评定并分析。结果枣庄市高中生躯体、心理、身心亚健康状态检出率分别为17．45％、19．88％、9．74％。女生的躯体、心理亚健康状态检出率高于男生（P ＜0．05）。相关分析显示，MLERQ 的各维度与心理亚健康呈正相关（P ＜0．01），健康成长维度、恋爱与性维度及 FES-CV 的矛盾性与躯体亚健康呈正相关（P ＜0．05）。Logistic 回归分析示，FES-CV 的亲密度、组织性、成功性、矛盾性及 MLERQ 的健康成长维度、恋爱与性维度、学校生活维度、同伴关系维度与高中生是否存在亚健康状况有相关性（P ＜0．05）。结论枣庄市高中生亚健康状态处于较高水平，影响因素包括性别、家庭环境和生活事件等。
목적：료해조장시고중생적아건강상황급기영향인소。방법선취조장시공1283명고중학생납입연구，채용자편일반정황조사문권、청소년아건강다유평정문권（MSQA）、가정배경량표중문판（FES-CV）、중학생생활사건다유평정문권（MLERQ）진행평정병분석。결과조장시고중생구체、심리、신심아건강상태검출솔분별위17．45％、19．88％、9．74％。녀생적구체、심리아건강상태검출솔고우남생（P ＜0．05）。상관분석현시，MLERQ 적각유도여심리아건강정정상관（P ＜0．01），건강성장유도、연애여성유도급 FES-CV 적모순성여구체아건강정정상관（P ＜0．05）。Logistic 회귀분석시，FES-CV 적친밀도、조직성、성공성、모순성급 MLERQ 적건강성장유도、연애여성유도、학교생활유도、동반관계유도여고중생시부존재아건강상황유상관성（P ＜0．05）。결론조장시고중생아건강상태처우교고수평，영향인소포괄성별、가정배경화생활사건등。
Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of subhealth in senior higher school students in Zaozhuan.Methods 1283 senior higher school students in Zaozhuang were assessed with self -designed general condition questionnaire,Multidimensional Sub-health Questionnaire of Adolescents (MSQA),Family Environment Scale (FES-CV)and Middle School Students Chinese version of Multidimensional Life Events Rating Questionnaire (MLERQ).Results The incidence rate of subhealth was 17.45% for physical subhealth,19.88% for psychological subhealth and 9.74% for psychosomatic subhealth.The detection rates of physical,psychological subhealth in girls were significantly higher than those in boys (P <0.05 ).Score of psychological subhealth in MSQA was significantly positively correlated with scores of all dimensionalities in MLERQ (P <0.01),and score of physical subhealth in MSQA was significantly positively correlated with scores of healthy growth,love and sexual dimensionality in MLERQ and contradiction dimensionality in FES-CV (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis indicated that influencing factors of subhealth included intimacy,organization,success,contradiction dimensionality in FES-CV and healthy growth,love and sexual,school life,peer relationship dimensionality in MLERQ (P <0.05).Conclusion The subhealth is in bad condition in senior higher school students in Zaozhuan.The influencing factors consists of gender,family environment and life events.
