本文针对乘用车内部凸出物的法规要求对车载空调控制器的旋钮按键溃缩进行了研究和设计，描述了这种新型旋钮按键溃缩设计相对于目前常用的方案在成本、空间、可靠性等方面的优势。根据实际设计结果表明，本文所应用的新型旋钮按键溃缩设计能在成本与空间有限的情况下可靠的满足法规对乘用车内部凸出物的要求，为乘用车内部凸出物溃缩方案提供了新方向，值得我们推广应用。
本文針對乘用車內部凸齣物的法規要求對車載空調控製器的鏇鈕按鍵潰縮進行瞭研究和設計，描述瞭這種新型鏇鈕按鍵潰縮設計相對于目前常用的方案在成本、空間、可靠性等方麵的優勢。根據實際設計結果錶明，本文所應用的新型鏇鈕按鍵潰縮設計能在成本與空間有限的情況下可靠的滿足法規對乘用車內部凸齣物的要求，為乘用車內部凸齣物潰縮方案提供瞭新方嚮，值得我們推廣應用。
본문침대승용차내부철출물적법규요구대차재공조공제기적선뉴안건궤축진행료연구화설계，묘술료저충신형선뉴안건궤축설계상대우목전상용적방안재성본、공간、가고성등방면적우세。근거실제설계결과표명，본문소응용적신형선뉴안건궤축설계능재성본여공간유한적정황하가고적만족법규대승용차내부철출물적요구，위승용차내부철출물궤축방안제공료신방향，치득아문추엄응용。
This paper regulations for passenger car internal protrusions of the requirements of automotive air-conditioning controller knob and key break shrinkage has conducted the research and the design, describes the new key knob break shrinkage design compared with the current commonly used schemes in cost, space and reliability advantages.According to the results of the actual design,using the new key knob collapse shrinkage design in cost and space limited reliable meet regulations for passenger car internal protrusions,for passenger car internal protrusions collapse shrinkage scheme provides a new direction,it is worth us a wide range of application and promotion.
