针对ADAMS传统方法难以高效、精确地进行大变形柔性体钢丝绳的建模与仿真问题,提出了利用ADAMS Machinery/Cable模块创建烟草打顶机打顶装置、驱动液压缸、升降运动导轨、钢丝绳、滑轮的刚柔耦合多体系统动力学模型的方法,并对其虚拟样机模型进行了动力学仿真分析。结果表明:利用Cable建模向导能够快速、精确地创建钢丝绳系统,仿真速度更加迅速,为深入分析烟草打顶机打顶升降装置的振动稳定性、运行安全性及疲劳特性等奠定了基础,也为各种钢丝绳吊装系统的建模提供了一种全新的思路。
針對ADAMS傳統方法難以高效、精確地進行大變形柔性體鋼絲繩的建模與倣真問題,提齣瞭利用ADAMS Machinery/Cable模塊創建煙草打頂機打頂裝置、驅動液壓缸、升降運動導軌、鋼絲繩、滑輪的剛柔耦閤多體繫統動力學模型的方法,併對其虛擬樣機模型進行瞭動力學倣真分析。結果錶明:利用Cable建模嚮導能夠快速、精確地創建鋼絲繩繫統,倣真速度更加迅速,為深入分析煙草打頂機打頂升降裝置的振動穩定性、運行安全性及疲勞特性等奠定瞭基礎,也為各種鋼絲繩弔裝繫統的建模提供瞭一種全新的思路。

In view of the difficulty in completing the modeling and simulation of wire rope characterized by large deformation flexile body efficiently and accurately using traditional method in ADAMS,a rigid-flexible coupling multi-body system dy-namics model is created,which is composed of a topping device of tobacco topping machine,driving hydraulic cylinder, lifting motion guide rail,wire rope and pulley,followed by dynamic simulation of the virtual prototype model .The simulation result indicates that the cable modeling wizard can quickly and accurately create a wire rope system and that the simulation speed is more faster . What’s more,it lays a foundation for in-depth analysis of vibration stability,operational safety,and fatigue properties of lifting device of tobacco topping machine .ADAMS/Cable module provides brand new ideas for modeling a variety of wire rope hoist systems .
