慢传输型便秘（ STC）属功能性便秘的一种类型，是慢性便秘中最常见的类型，其发病率约占功能性便秘的45．5％，针灸作为一种非药物疗法，临床治疗STC疗效确切。本研究从毫针刺法、电针疗法、艾灸疗法、埋线疗法、耳穴疗法、腹针、灵龟八法等方面阐述针灸对STC的治疗情况，综述15年来STC的针灸治疗方法，提出治疗STC的主要针灸手段及临床上常用穴位的使用频次，探讨针灸临床治疗STC的合理化研究方案，使针灸治疗便秘的研究上升到一个新的水平。

Slow transit constipation(STC)is a type of functional constipation, and it is one of the most common types of chronic constipation.The incidence rate of STC accounts for 45.5% of functional constipation.Acu-puncture is as a nondrug therapy and its clinical treatment for STC is effective.This study describes acupunc-ture treatment from some aspects for STC:cents acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, moxibustion therapy, em-bedding therapy, auricular therapy, abdominal acupuncture, eight methods of Linggui,etc.By reviewing the ac-upuncture treatment for STC during the recent 15 years, the acupuncture treatment will be proposed for STC, and the application of acupuncture points that are commonly used in clinic will be discussed .This study will also analyze the rational research plan for clinical acupuncture treatment for STC in order to improve the acupuncture research on constipation to a brand new level.
