目的:探讨精神分裂症患者血清蛋白因子浓度与认知功能之间的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸技术(ELISA)测定46例精神分裂症患者(研究组)和50名正常对照者(对照组)血清中3个蛋白因子的浓度,应用精神分裂症认知功能成套测验共识版(MCCB)进行认知功能评估。结果研究组 NGF-β低于对照组(P <0.01),而 IL-1β、MBP浓度高于对照组(P <0.01)。研究组 MCCB 检测中 TMT 评分高于对照组(P <0.01),BACS SC、HVLT-R、WMS-III SS、NAB、BVMT-R、CF 评分低于对照组(P <0.01)。研究组血清蛋白 IL-1β浓度与 BACS SC 评分呈负相关(P <0.01);血清蛋白 MBP 浓度与 WMS-III SS 评分呈负相关(P <0.01)。结论精神分裂症患者的认知功能障碍可能与血清蛋白因子浓度存在关联性,精神分裂症可能存在中枢神经的损害或退化。

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum level of protein factors and cognitive dysfunction in patients with schizophrenia.Methods The serum level of three protein factors were measured with ELISA in 46 patients with schizophrenia (study group)and 50 healthy controls (control group).The MATRICS consensus cognitive battery (MCCB)was used to assess the cognitive function.Results The serum level of NGF-βin study group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01),while serum level of IL-1βand MBP in study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01).Score of TMT in MCCB in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01),while scores of BACS SC,HVLT-R,WMS-III SS,NAB,BVMT-R and CF in MCCB in study group was significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01).Serum level of IL-1βin study group was significantly negatively correlated with score of BACS SC (P <0.01 ),and serum level of BMP in study group was significantly negatively correlated with score of WMS-III SS (P <0.01).Conclusion Cognitive dysfunction in patients with schizophrenia may be related with level of serum protein factors, which suggests that central nerve lesion or degradation may be involved in the etiology of schizophrenia.
