目的观察纳米银粒子、异噻唑啉酮的抗大肠杆菌效果。方法按照倍比稀释法配备纳米银粒子、异噻唑啉酮溶液,按照不同浓度加1ml到琼脂中均匀,制备平板,0浓度做空白对照组,接种大肠杆菌,观察细菌生长情况。结果肉眼观察实验组纳米银粒子浓度9.6μg/mL、异噻唑啉酮浓度2.5%时,未见大肠细菌生长,而空白对照组的菌落生长明显。结论纳米银粒子,异噻唑啉酮在混合琼脂平板中,在适当浓度时,能抑制大肠杆菌生长,更详细的应用有待深入实验研究。

목적관찰납미은입자、이새서람동적항대장간균효과。방법안조배비희석법배비납미은입자、이새서람동용액,안조불동농도가1ml도경지중균균,제비평판,0농도주공백대조조,접충대장간균,관찰세균생장정황。결과육안관찰실험조납미은입자농도9.6μg/mL、이새서람동농도2.5%시,미견대장세균생장,이공백대조조적균락생장명현。결론납미은입자,이새서람동재혼합경지평판중,재괄당농도시,능억제대장간균생장,경상세적응용유대심입실험연구。
Objective To observe the ef ect of silver nanoparticles against Escherichia coli, isothiazolone. Methods According to the double dilution method with silver nanoparticles, isothiazolone solution, according to the dif erent 1ml concentration to agar uniform, preparation of tablet, 0 concentration of the blank control group, inoculated with Escherichia coli, observe the growth of bacteria. Results Macroscopic observation of silver nanoparticles concentration experimental group 9.6 g/mL, isothiazolinones at the concentration of 2.5%, no coliform bacteria growth, while in the control group the colony growth significantly. Conclusion Nano silver particles, isothiazolone in mixed agar, at appropriate concentrations, can inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli, further experimental study on the application of more detaile.
