基于山东省典型地区134份农户调查问卷，对山东省农地调整现状进行分析，着重解读农户对当前农地制度政策的认知情况，并阐述当前制度环境下农户对土地分配的实际意愿。结果表明，实际生产生活中小规模的土地调整仍然存在，并在很大程度上影响了农民的政策认知和经营情绪，且农民对各项制度政策的认知水平普遍不高。建议采取积极措施以进一步稳定土地调整，提升农民认知水平，以促进农地资源的合理利用。

Based on the survey of 134 farmers from the typical areas of Shandong province ,this paper analyzes thecurrent situation of rural land adjustment focusing on interpreting the farmers 'cognition of current farmland policies,and discussing farmers'real willingness of the current system of land distribution .The results show that small-scaledadjustments still exist in the actual agricultural production ,and largely affect farmers'policy cognition and businesssentiment.Farmers'cognition is at a comparatively low level.It is suggested to take active measures to furtherstabilize the land adjustment,enhance farmers'cognition level to promote the rational use of land resources .
