目的：观察祛风活血方防治偏头痛的临床疗效，探讨中医防治偏头痛的作用机制，为临床上防治偏头痛提供更多的方法。方法：选取于我院2012年10月-2013年10月收治的偏头痛患者80例，将其随机分为两组，分别为观察组和对照组，每组患者各40例。观察组患者在发作期和缓解期均采取祛风活血方进行治疗，1次/d；对照组患者在发作期和缓解期均采取口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊，5mg/次，1次/d，睡前口服。两组患者均用药1个疗程（3个月），对比分析两组患者治疗前后和治疗后两组患者之间的偏头痛发作频率、每次持续时间以及头痛程度。结果：治疗1个疗程后，两组患者的偏头痛发作频率、每次持续时间以及头痛程度均有所改善，且治疗后观察组患者的改善程度优于对照组患者。结论：祛风活血方与盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊对偏头痛的治疗均有良好的临床疗效。
목적：관찰거풍활혈방방치편두통적림상료효，탐토중의방치편두통적작용궤제，위림상상방치편두통제공경다적방법。방법：선취우아원2012년10월-2013년10월수치적편두통환자80례，장기수궤분위량조，분별위관찰조화대조조，매조환자각40례。관찰조환자재발작기화완해기균채취거풍활혈방진행치료，1차/d；대조조환자재발작기화완해기균채취구복염산불계리진효낭，5mg/차，1차/d，수전구복。량조환자균용약1개료정（3개월），대비분석량조환자치료전후화치료후량조환자지간적편두통발작빈솔、매차지속시간이급두통정도。결과：치료1개료정후，량조환자적편두통발작빈솔、매차지속시간이급두통정도균유소개선，차치료후관찰조환자적개선정도우우대조조환자。결론：거풍활혈방여염산불계리진효낭대편두통적치료균유량호적림상료효。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of the decoction on migraine, and to explore the mechanism of treating migraine with TCM and to provide more methods for migraine. Methods: 80 patients of migraine were selected from October to 2013 October in our hospital; they were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group, 40 cases for each. The observed grouptook the decoction in the period of onset and remission, 1 time per day; the control group patients took flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in exacerbation and remission stage, 5mg per time, 1 time per day, orally at bedtime. Two groups received 1 course (3 months). Migraine frequency, lasting time and headache degree were compared before and after treatment. Results: After treatment of 1 course, pain frequency, lasting time and headache in both groups were all improved and the situation in the observed group were better. Conclusion: Treating migraine with the decoction and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules could gain good clinical efficacy.
