为保证招贤煤矿井下二期巷道工程施工的连续性和施工速度,在分析和考虑矿井实际条件的基础上,提出了不临时改绞方案。即回风立井落底后,原提升系统不变,仍采用吊桶提升。井下辅助运输,由有轨矿车更改为无轨胶轮车。从井巷工程量与施工工期、提升效率、安全性和经济性方面进行了分析对比,结果表明,不进行临时改绞,可减少井巷工程量200 m ,缩短建井工期115 d ,节省费用658万元,并且同样安全可靠,因而决定采用不临时改绞方案,收到了预期效果。

In order to ensure a continuity and construction speed of the secondary phase mine roadway engineering construction in Zhaoxian Mine ,based on the analysis and consideration on the mine actual conditions ,a winch not temporarily changed plan was provided. That is when the mine air returning shaft reached at the bottom of the mine shaft ,the previous hoisting system were not be changed and the kibble hoisting would be continuously applied. The auxiliary transportation system in the under‐ground mine was changed from the railway mine car to the trackless rubber -tyred vehicle. The paper had an analysis and comparison on the mine roadway engineering workload and construction period , hoisting efficiency , safety and economic aspects. The results showed that a winch not temporarily changed could reduce 200 m of the mine roadway workload ,reduce the mine construction period for 115 days and save the cost of RMB 6.56 millions. The safety would be reliable in the same ,thus the plan of the winch not temporary changed was determined and applied and the expected effect was ob‐tained.
