目的探析抗心磷脂抗体等4种自身抗体与不明原因复发性流产的关系。方法选取2014年1月至2014年12月广东省佛山市顺德伦教医院接收的168例复发性流产患者,其作为复发性流产组,同时抽取同时期广东省佛山市顺德伦教医院治疗的100例正常孕产妇为对照组,对比两组患者的抗心磷脂抗体等4种自身抗体的检测结果。结果不明原因的复发性流产( unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,URSA)组患者抗心磷脂抗体(anticardiolipin antibody,ACAb)、抗子宫内膜抗体(antiendometrial antibody,EMAb)、抗精子抗体( antisperm antibody,ASAb)及封闭抗体( blocking antibody,Bab)等的阳性检出率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。不同流产次数患者的ACAb、ASAb及Bab的阳性检出率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。不同流产次数患者的EMAb的阳性检出率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。不同流产次数患者之间的ACAb、ASAb及Bab的阳性检出率进行两两对比,并通过校正检验水平琢'=0.05/4=0.0125进行分析,不同流产次数患者的ACAb、ASAb及Bab的阳性检出率差异无显著性(P<0.05)。结论抗心磷脂抗体等4种自身抗体与不明原因的复发性流产之间存在密切关系,联合检测能够提高复发性临产的诊断准确率。
목적탐석항심린지항체등4충자신항체여불명원인복발성유산적관계。방법선취2014년1월지2014년12월광동성불산시순덕륜교의원접수적168례복발성유산환자,기작위복발성유산조,동시추취동시기광동성불산시순덕륜교의원치료적100례정상잉산부위대조조,대비량조환자적항심린지항체등4충자신항체적검측결과。결과불명원인적복발성유산( unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,URSA)조환자항심린지항체(anticardiolipin antibody,ACAb)、항자궁내막항체(antiendometrial antibody,EMAb)、항정자항체( antisperm antibody,ASAb)급봉폐항체( blocking antibody,Bab)등적양성검출솔명현고우대조조,차이유현저성(P<0.05)。불동유산차수환자적ACAb、ASAb급Bab적양성검출솔차이유현저성(P<0.05)。불동유산차수환자적EMAb적양성검출솔차이무현저성(P>0.05)。불동유산차수환자지간적ACAb、ASAb급Bab적양성검출솔진행량량대비,병통과교정검험수평탁'=0.05/4=0.0125진행분석,불동유산차수환자적ACAb、ASAb급Bab적양성검출솔차이무현저성(P<0.05)。결론항심린지항체등4충자신항체여불명원인적복발성유산지간존재밀절관계,연합검측능구제고복발성임산적진단준학솔。
Objective To analysis anti cardiolipin antibody and so on four kind of autoantibodies and the relationship between the unexplained recurrent miscarriage. Method Choose between January 2014 and December 2014, our hospital received 168 cases of patients with recurrent abortion, for recurrent abortion group, at the same time draw at the same time our hospital treatment of 100 cases of maternal as normal control group, compared two groups of pa-tients with anti cardiolipin antibody 4 kinds of autoantibodies such as test results. Result URSA group of patients with ACAb, EMAb, positive rate of ASAb and Bab was significantly higher than the control group, significant difference (P<0. 05). Patients with different number of abortions ACAb ASAb and the difference of the positive rate of the Bab was significant (P<0. 05). Different number of abortion patients EMAb of positive detection rate differ-ence is not obvious (P>0. 05). ACAb between patients with different number of abortions, ASAb and positive rate of the Bab was pairwise comparison, and through the calibration test level alpha α= 0. 05/4 = 0. 0125 were ana-lyzed, and different number of abortion patients ACAb ASAb and positive rate of the Bab was there were significant differences (P<0. 05). Conclusion Anticardiolipin antibody and so on four kind of autoantibodies and unexplained recurrent miscarriage, there is a close relationship between the joint detection can improve the diagnosis accuracy of recurrent in labor.
