目的了解女性间质性膀胱炎患者的焦虑和抑郁状况,从精神疾病角度更深入认识间质性膀胱炎,为抗抑郁药物治疗间质性膀胱炎提供理论依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表( self鄄rating anxiety scale, SAS)和抑郁自评量表( self鄄rating depression scale,SDS)对2011年10月至2012年10月因尿频、会阴区不适就诊于首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院泌尿外科符合NIDDK诊断标准的26例女性间质性膀胱炎患者进行问卷调查,得分与中国常模进行比较。结果女性间质性膀胱炎患者抑郁发生率较高,得分高于中国常模,而焦虑发生率不高。结论女性间质性膀胱炎患者存在明显的抑郁现象,除采用心理疏导和健康教育之外,采用抗抑郁药物治疗间质性膀胱炎比较重要。

Objective To analyze the psychological condition of 26 female patients with interstitial cystitis. Method A total of 26 female patients with interstitial cystitis were assessed using SAS( Self-rating Anxiety Scale) and SDS( Self-rating Depression Scale) ,and the results were compared with the norms. Result Compared with the norms, the inci-dence of depression was higher that of anxiety. Conclusion Most female patients with interstitial cystitis were suf-fered from depression. Beside treated with psychological intervention,it was also suggested that appropriate medicine should be supplied to these patients interstitial cystitis.
