目的：研究分析中医后续防治终止妊娠产后出血的临床效果。方法：选择74例孕妇，随机分为两组，观察组接受中医生化汤煎剂治疗；对照组接受宫颈注射催产素治疗。结果：观察组产时、产后2h、产后24h出血量均小于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：中医后续防治终止妊娠产后出血具有理想的疗效，还能有效减少产时、产后出血量。

목적：연구분석중의후속방치종지임신산후출혈적림상효과。방법：선택74례잉부，수궤분위량조，관찰조접수중의생화탕전제치료；대조조접수궁경주사최산소치료。결과：관찰조산시、산후2h、산후24h출혈량균소우대조조（P<0.05）。관찰조총유효솔고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：중의후속방치종지임신산후출혈구유이상적료효，환능유효감소산시、산후출혈량。
Objective: This paper mainly studied and analyzed the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine’s following therapy preventing and curing postpartum hemorrhage after pregnancy termination. Methods: 74 pregnant women were divided into two groups. Observed group was treated with biochemical decoction Treatment of TCM. Control group was treated with oxytocin injection in neck. Results: Pregnant women’s bleeding amounts in giving birth of the observed group was less than that of the control group (P<0.05). It was the same as the situation after 2 or 24 hours of giving birth (P<0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM’s following therapy not only had an ideal curative effect in preventing postpartum hemorrhage after pregnancy termination, but also effectively reduced the pregnant women’s bleeding amounts during giving birth and after giving birth.
