目的：探讨在非酒精性脂肪肝患者中应用中西医联合治疗方案的临床疗效。方法：选取我院于2012年7月-2013年6月收治的非酒精性脂肪肝患者60例，将其随机分为对照组（30例）和观察组（30例）。对照组采用西医治疗方案，观察组在此基础上加用中医治疗方案。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组；治疗后肝功能指标和血脂变化处于正常范围内，明显优于对照组，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：将中西医结合方案用于非酒精性脂肪肝患者中，治疗效果显著，各项指标明显改善，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토재비주정성지방간환자중응용중서의연합치료방안적림상료효。방법：선취아원우2012년7월-2013년6월수치적비주정성지방간환자60례，장기수궤분위대조조（30례）화관찰조（30례）。대조조채용서의치료방안，관찰조재차기출상가용중의치료방안。관찰량조환자적치료효과。결과：관찰조적치료총유효솔고우대조조；치료후간공능지표화혈지변화처우정상범위내，명현우우대조조，P<0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론：장중서의결합방안용우비주정성지방간환자중，치료효과현저，각항지표명현개선，치득림상추엄。
Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on nonalcoholic fatty liver. Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and observed group, 30 cases for each. The control group received western medicine treatment. Another group received TCM therapy more. Results: The total efficiency in the observed group was higher; after treatment, liver function and blood lipid levels in the observed group were in the normal range and obvious better,with the statistically significant difference.P<0.05. Conclusion: Treating nonalcoholic fatty liver in the integrative medicine could obtain significant efficacy,with the indicators improved significantly, and is worthy of promotion.
